You are ready and deserve to see the world. You are ready to retire and travel. I view travel as life’s great adventure. There’s no better way to learn about the world, people, nature and the history of the world. I’m a fifty-something optimist. I was born in Seattle Washington, formally educated in Florida, and California. I’m currently writing my second book and reside in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, USA.
I come from a long line of travelers. My father and I moved to mainland Mexico in the mid-sixties when I was ten years old. My travel expertise is in North America including Hawaii and Mexico, Central, and South America and the South Pacific. I got hooked on travel during my childhood. The more you travel, the more you realize how little you’ve seen. My current adventures and travel writing is focused on Spain, France, Italy, and Greece.
My passion is photography. I’m a landscape travel photographer with 16 published photos in traditional print media and countless other online. Sometimes an image can act as a key, opening a door into new and un-before-seen-worlds. I look to capture our world in its purest light producing pixels that act as a hinge into the universe.
I hope you enjoy reading about my travels at least half as much as I enjoyed the experience of traveling itself. Hopefully the travel tips I provide will help motivate you to visit these far off lands one day yourself. For now we are off to the Southwestern United States, Brazil, Costa Rica, Spain, France, San Diego California, and Mexico. All aboard!
